THE VIRTUAL PLC PROJECT 

This four-year (2011-2015) longitudinal study examined the developing nature of teacher-led learning in a professional community, teacher research/inquiries in the schools, social and collaborative knowledge construction, and the complex contextual factors affecting and shaping learning and teaching.
